This page explains which cookies and similar technologies (pixels, local storage) are used on shopnanapearl.com, and how you control them. It applies Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive (2002/58/EC) and the guidelines of the French data protection authority (CNIL).
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember information, such as what is in your cart or your cookie choices.
2. Your consent comes first
When you first visit the store, a banner asks for your choice. Only strictly necessary cookies are placed before you choose. Analytics and advertising cookies are placed only if you click “Accept”. Refusing is as easy as accepting, and refusing does not stop you from using the store or buying a guide.

4. Cookies and tools we use
- Shopify (store, cart, checkout, consent management, analytics): see Shopify’s cookie policy for the full list.
- Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., EU): serves the website’s fonts. It sets no cookies and does not log or track visitors.
- No third-party advertising or analytics tag (such as Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel or Google Analytics) is installed at the moment. If we add one, we will list it here first, and it will only run if you accept marketing or analytics cookies.
5. How long cookies last
Cookies that require consent are kept for 13 months at most. Your choice (accept or refuse) is remembered for 6 months, after which we ask you again.
6. Changing your mind
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop the cart or checkout from working.
