📐 About the guides
Who are the guides for?
Women wearing US sizes 14–32 (1X–5X). The rules work on other sizes too, but every example, chart and tip was written for this range.
What's the difference between the free guide and the Fit Guide?
3 Mistakes I See Every Day (7 pages, free) fixes the three habits I see most: shopping by the tag, the baggy cover-up and the wrong fabric. The Nana Pearl Fit Guide (60 pages) is the full fitting room: nine measurements, your Pin Code, fabric tests, piece-by-piece fit, needle-and-thread fixes and a 20-piece wardrobe.
Do I need to know how to sew?
No. Most actions need only a tape measure, a mirror and your closet. The sewing fixes are beginner-friendly, and for bigger jobs the guide gives you a word-for-word script to hand your tailor.
Is this medical or weight-loss advice?
No. It's general fitting and sewing advice about clothes, not bodies. Nothing in my guides asks you to change your body.

What files do I get?
Two PDFs: a print version (US Letter) and a fillable version.
How should I print it?
On US Letter paper, choose “Actual size”, not “Fit to page”, so the measuring boxes stay true to scale.
Can I use it on my iPad?
Yes. Import the fillable PDF into GoodNotes or Notability and write right on the page, or type into the fields in a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader (free).

Do you ship anything?
No. Everything is digital, so there are no shipping fees and no customs duties.
Can I get a refund?
Because your guide is delivered instantly, before ordering a paid guide you tick a box to agree to immediate access and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal. But if a file is faulty or doesn't match its description, we'll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
I have a discount code. Where do I enter it?
At checkout, in the “Discount code” field. Each code works under the conditions stated when it was given.
